Do I have to switch software to automate my trades business?

No — and that's the whole point. I'm not changing your habits; I'm connecting them. Keep Jobber, keep QuickBooks, keep Housecall Pro, keep the way you've run the shop for years. I wire the automations between the tools you already pay for, so nothing on your screen changes — except the busywork stops showing up.

Keep Jobber. Keep QuickBooks. Keep your habits. I just make them talk to each other.

What connects to what

The platform you already run, wired to do the office work.

Whatever you book jobs in, the play is the same: I connect it to the money side and the phone, and the busywork starts handling itself. Here's what that looks like on the tools trades actually use.

Jobber

Jobber + QuickBooks integration for plumbers

Keep running the shop out of Jobber. I connect it to QuickBooks and to the phone number customers already dial, so the invoice, the confirmation text, and the missed-call reply all fire off the job you already booked — you never open a second app.

What I connect it to
QuickBooks for the money side, the calendar you already use for scheduling, and a missed-call text-back on your existing business line.
What fires on its own
Job marked done → invoice out in under an hour. Booking made → a 24-hour confirmation and a 2-hour heads-up text. Missed call → a text back in about five seconds.
What you stop doing by hand
Re-typing job details into QuickBooks, remembering to send confirmations, and returning missed calls from the truck at 6pm.

Housecall Pro

Housecall Pro missed-call automation

Housecall Pro is a solid dispatch tool — it just won't reliably text back the calls you miss on a job. I bolt that on and wire the reminders and review requests around it, with no new dashboard for you to check.

What I connect it to
Your business line for missed-call text-back, QuickBooks for clean books, and a review request that goes out when the job closes.
What fires on its own
Missed call → an instant text back before they dial the next shop. Job closed → invoice, payment confirmation, and a review ask. Appointment set → confirmation and a running-late text.
What you stop doing by hand
Playing phone tag with ring-outs, eating the one-star review that comes from a late arrival, and asking for Google reviews by hand.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks automation for trades — invoicing that sends itself

Keep QuickBooks exactly as it is. I connect it to whatever you book jobs in, so invoices, receipts, and payment reminders send themselves — the nights-doing-the-books job just disappears.

What I connect it to
Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan on the job side, plus a polite reminder sequence that runs until an invoice actually clears.
What fires on its own
Job closes → invoice out. Payment lands → receipt and confirmation. Invoice ages → reminders go on their own until it's paid.
What you stop doing by hand
Reconciling who paid on a Sunday, writing “just following up” texts, and doing accounts receivable at 9pm.

ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan integration for growing shops

Running a bigger shop on ServiceTitan? I connect it to the pieces it doesn't handle for you — the follow-up, the review engine, the reporting glue — instead of making your crew learn another system.

What I connect it to
QuickBooks for finance sync, your review and referral sequences, and the reporting or CRM tools the office already leans on.
What fires on its own
Job completed → invoice sync and review request. Estimate sent → a follow-up sequence. Payment posted → receipt and reconciliation.
What you stop doing by hand
Exporting reports by hand, chasing signed estimates, and paying office staff to shuttle data between screens.

Not on the list? Tell me what you run — if it has an API or a Zapier hook, I can almost certainly connect it.

Straight answers

The objections I actually hear on the phone.

Do I have to switch software to automate my business?
No — that's the whole pitch. Keep Jobber, keep QuickBooks, keep Housecall Pro. I wire the automations between the tools you already run, so your day-to-day doesn't change except that the busywork stops showing up.
Too many tools already — it's overwhelming.
I don't add another dashboard or another login. I connect the tools you already have and make them talk to each other. That's one less thing to check, not one more thing to learn.
I have a secretary already.
Good — this makes her day shorter, not her job gone. The automations handle the repetitive data entry and the reminders; she handles the calls and the judgement. Her plate gets lighter, not emptier.
Can't my current software already do this on its own?
Usually not reliably, and often not at all — a missed-call text-back or a clean cross-tool sync is exactly the gap. I bolt it on and connect it to what you run, no switching required.
What if the tool I use isn't on your list?
Ask me. The list is what I build with most, not a wall. If your software has an API or a Zapier hook — most trade tools do — I can almost certainly make it talk to the rest of your stack.

Keep your tools. I'll make them do the work you hate.

First call is 15 minutes. You'll see a system running live on the tools you already use before we hang up. No new dashboard, nothing to switch — it just connects what you already run, so you keep working.
