About
I’m Jared.I’ve called 126 shops.I heard the same thing every time.
I build websites, automations, and AI voice agents for trades — plumbers first. Before I sold a single thing, I cold-called shops across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and just listened. Nobody asked for more leads. Every one of them was short on the same thing: hours. That’s the whole business. I’m not an agency — I’m one guy building the systems I heard you ask for.
The name
Why “Just Work.”
Because that’s the whole promise, and it cuts both ways. It’s just an automation. Just an agent. Just a website. No new dashboard, no jargon, no course to sit through — it runs quiet in the background and you barely think about it. And that’s the point of the other half: so you can just work. Be on the tools. Do the trade you’re good at. Let the office answer itself.
I’m gonna be straight with you
I’m young, I’m early, and I’m building this in public. You’ll watch me climb — the certifications, the first case studies, all of it — as it happens, not after I’ve polished it into a tidy story. I’d rather show you a system running than tell you I’m an expert. You’re the tenth guy this month to get pitched a website; I know. That’s exactly why I don’t lead with one. I lead with the thing that hands you back your evening.
Why plumbers?
Because I called them, and the pattern was impossible to miss. Voicemail boxes too full to leave a message. Owners in at 6am, doing the books at 9pm, giving up a quarter of every weekend to admin. Wives running the office at night. One guy told me flat out:
“I don’t want any more customers. I gotta lean down to the few that we work for.”
None of that is a marketing problem. It’s a time problem. Trades run the same way all over, so I went where I could actually help instead of pretending to be everything to everyone.
Credibility, earned
Trades have Red Seals. This is mine.
A Red Seal means a tradesperson put in the hours and got it certified — proof you can point to, not a promise. I’m building the same thing on my side of the fence. The platforms you already trust — Intuit, Zapier, Jobber, Housecall Pro — run their own certifications, and I’m climbing that ladder out in the open. Nothing goes up here until it’s actually earned. So when you say “show me,” there’s something to show.

For when I'm working with the bigger shops.
No badge or logo goes on this site for a tool I can’t genuinely build with today. That’s the deal. Full ladder lives on integrations.
I’ll prove it before you pay for it
The fastest way to earn a plumber’s trust isn’t a pitch — it’s building something that works and handing it over. So that’s what I do. I take one job off your plate, automate it, and show you it running. If it saves you the hours I said it would, we keep going. If it doesn’t, you’re out a coffee and nothing else. I’m collecting proof and case studies right now, and free pilots are how I do it — honestly, you’d be doing me a favour by letting me.
You’re standing in the proof
This site is the portfolio. I designed it, built it, and wired every bit of the motion myself. The voice agent you can call answers, figures out the job, and books it — I built her too. Nothing here is a stock demo. If it loads fast on your phone in a truck on job-site LTE and the agent picks up on the second ring, that’s the whole pitch, already made.
Want to see it work on your shop?
First call is 15 minutes and you’ll see a system running live before we hang up. Or skip me entirely and talk to the agent — that’s the demo too.
